HP Tuners RAM CM2450B ECM Service

HP Tuners’ one-time send-in upgrade service for the CM2450B ECM found in supported 2022–2024 RAM 6.7L Cummins trucks. The original ECM must be upgraded before diagnostics and custom tuning through VCM Suite.

Supported Applications

• 2022–2024 RAM 2500 6.7L Cummins
• 2022–2024 RAM 3500 6.7L Cummins
• 2022–2024 RAM 4500 6.7L Cummins
• 2022–2024 RAM 5500 6.7L Cummins

Supported trucks equipped with the Aisin AS69RC_B TCM may also support transmission calibration. TCM licensing requires 4 additional Universal Credits.

Requirements

• The vehicle’s original CM2450B ECM
• HP Tuners Dodge 2018+ Smart Access Cable
• Latest VCM Suite BETA
• 6 HP Tuners Universal Credits, sold separately
• MPVI3 or HP Tuners MPVI4; MPVI2 and MPVI2+ are not compatible

Service Notes

• A spare ECM cannot be temporarily installed and relearned while the original is being serviced.
• No IMMO relearn, crank relearn, or Replace ECM function is required when the upgraded original ECM returns to the same vehicle.
• Dealer diagnostic tools and VCM Scanner continue to function normally.
• Processing time excludes shipping and varies with HP Tuners’ current controller-service workload.
