Shipping Policy

PowerLabs fulfills orders from our own stock and through manufacturers and distributors. Items may be supplier-shipped, made to order or backordered. Availability for purchase does not necessarily mean an item is stocked at PowerLabs. If an item’s fulfillment source or expected ship window is unclear, contact us before payment so we can confirm.

Items physically stocked at PowerLabs

Our two-business-day dispatch commitment applies only to items physically in stock at PowerLabs when you order. These items ship within two business days after we receive your completed order and required payment and information.

Supplier-shipped, made-to-order and backordered items

Items not physically stocked at PowerLabs are excluded from our two-business-day dispatch commitment. We will submit your order to the applicable supplier within two business days after receiving your completed order and required payment and information. Placing the supplier order does not mean the item has shipped.

The supplier controls its inventory, production queue, order processing and dispatch schedule. Supplier lead times are separate from PowerLabs’ order-placement process and carrier transit time. Any supplier shipment estimate we communicate is based on information available from that supplier; it is not a PowerLabs guarantee of the supplier’s dispatch date. We will communicate material availability or timing changes when we learn of them.

Supplier-specific fulfillment conditions may also apply where disclosed before purchase and consistent with our written terms and applicable law. Supplier policies do not override your statutory rights or permit undisclosed fees or restrictions to be added after purchase.

An estimated ship window describes when an item is expected to leave PowerLabs or the supplier. Carrier transit begins after the carrier receives the package. A shipping speed displayed at checkout does not include a separately disclosed supplier, production or backorder wait. Expedited shipping does not shorten that wait. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

If you change your mind after payment has been processed, a voluntary cancellation is subject to the 5% cancellation fee described in our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy, whether the item is stocked at PowerLabs or ordered from a supplier, and whether or not we have submitted the supplier order. If shipment can no longer be stopped, the applicable return terms apply instead.

Shipping delays and unavailable items

For items physically stocked at PowerLabs, our two-business-day dispatch commitment applies. Supplier-shipped items follow their separately disclosed shipment timeframe, or the timeframe required by law if none was stated. If PowerLabs or the supplier cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide any legally required option to consent to a delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a prompt, full refund without a cancellation fee. We will obtain any required consent to the delay. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel and refund it in full. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Shipping charges are shown before payment. Items may arrive in separate packages. Any additional shipping charge requires your agreement before it is incurred. We will provide tracking when available; a shipping label alone does not confirm that the carrier has the package. Reply to your order confirmation if tracking stops progressing, a delivery estimate passes, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please include your order number and available photos so we can help.

Local pickup is by appointment after we confirm that your order is ready and provide the pickup location. Wait for that confirmation before traveling. International availability, shipping charges and any duties or taxes collected by us are shown at checkout or in your accepted quote. Import charges not collected by us may be payable to the carrier or relevant authority. Contact us before payment if the destination or total charges are unclear. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
