Mail-in programming and communication recovery for supported LLY Duramax E60 engine control modules. Factory programming for your vehicle's VIN is included in the service price.
This service is for the E60 ECM. Confirm the controller identification rather than selecting by the LLY engine name or case appearance alone. If you are unsure, send a photo of the ECM label through the contact page before ordering.
PowerLabs evaluates the reported programming or communication issue, attempts supported recovery, and performs factory programming for the VIN provided. Enter your vehicle’s 17-character VIN in the field above before adding this service to your cart. Factory programming is included in both standard and expedited service; there is no separate programming charge. Existing custom tuning should not be expected to remain after factory programming. Vehicle-side setup or relearns may still be required.

This service covers supported programming and communication recovery. It does not include a replacement ECM, component-level hardware repair, custom tuning or diagnosis of the vehicle. Recovery is not guaranteed. Bench communication and programming checks do not establish that every controller function or the entire vehicle is fault-free.

Evaluation and recovery-attempt work is included in the service price. If the requested recovery is unnecessary or cannot be completed, $125 is retained for authorized evaluation or recovery-attempt work performed, plus agreed shipping and any expedited-service charge earned under the turnaround terms. The unused prepaid service balance is refunded.
The $125 evaluation/attempt charge is included within successful recovery pricing, not added on top. Any additional service requires your approval before work begins.

Standard service: 3–4 business days. Expedited service: 1–2 business days, when available. Select your service speed above to see its total price. The additional charge for expedited service is included in that selected price.
The service window begins once PowerLabs has received your ECM, required information and payment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier transit is separate.
Expedited service covers priority handling and completion of the evaluation/recovery attempt within the expedited window. The expedited-service premium is retained when that window is met, including when recovery is unsuccessful or unnecessary. The premium is refunded only if the promised expedited service window is missed.

After placing your order, ship your ECM to:

Include your name, PowerLabs order number, and a description of the issue and previous programming attempts. If you are sending more than one ECM, label each one so we can match it to the correct service and vehicle.
Securely package the ECM, cushion it against movement and protect its connectors. Remove loose exterior dirt before packing; do not immerse or pressure-wash the module.
You are responsible for shipping your ECM to PowerLabs. Return shipping is separate from the service price. Shipping speed does not shorten the service window.
